Freshman (2010): Situational lefty out of the bullpen with an above-average curveball...appeared in 16 games all out of the bullpen with no record and an 11.74 ERA...struck out the only batter he faced in the extra-inning victory over FGCU (4/20)...recorded a crucial out in the series clinching victory over South Alabama (5/9)...played summer ball for the Haymarket Senators of the Valley League...appeared in 10 games with one start and went 1-2 with a 3.54 ERA...struck out 22 batters while allowing only five walks in 20.1 innings pitched.
High School: Played at Bishop Moore HS under head coach Dave Wheeler...was a first team all-state selection as a senior and a second team all-state selection as a sophomore...went 7-2 with a 0.70 ERA and 108 strikeouts in 68 innings pitched during his senior campaign.
