2012: Ranked second on the team with 63 strikeouts...started 12 games, including nine in Sun Belt Conference action...posted a 3.82 earned run average and finished second on the team with 61.1 innings...had a career-best 10 strikeouts in six innings to complete a three-game sweep against FIU (3/18)...tossed six shutouts innings in a road win over Middle Tennessee (3/25)...had seven strikeouts and allowed just one hit in five innings against Louisiana (4/1)...tossed a career-high 6.1 innings at Troy (4/29)...played summer baseball for the Luray Wranglers in the Valley League for coach Mike Bocock...considered ace of the pitching staff...averaged more than a strikeout per inning and 15 strikeouts per nine innings.
