Coaches Alex Smolka and Owen McGregor have signed 17 athletes for the upcoming season

Florida Atlantic University's track team has added 17 members as part of the 2010 signing class, highlighted by Danielle Aromashadu.
Danielle Aromashadu is one of the highest ranked hurdlers in the state of Florida. Graduating from Reagan High School in Miami Florida, Aromashadu holds a 4A state title in the 300m hurdles. Danielle will follow in the footsteps of Toyria Mattear whom had previously run the 100m and 400m hurdles. In addition the relay teams and jumping events, Danielle Aromashadu, has become the cornerstone to the newly formed, 17- member signing class.
Coaches Alex Smolka and Owen McGregor brought in the other members in the class from the top-100 nationally ranked athletes in sprints, hurdles, and jumps. "We did a great job of adding the depth we needed in all those areas," said McGregor. "We are committed to competing at the national level, and this class shows that."
