Sophomore: (2007 Cross Country) High overall finisher at the Gator Invitational (9/7), finishing 20th in 19:04.72...high overall finisher at the FSU Invite (9/22/07), running a 18:35.64, good for 7th place...placed 58th at the Notre Dame Invitational, running the 5K in 18:56....finished 5th at the Hatter Invitational in 18:52...placed 8th at the Sun Belt Championships for the second straight year in a time of 18:16.86...named All-Conference for second year in a row...finished 43rd at the NCAA Regional in Gainesville in a time of 22:25.91. Freshman: (2006 Cross Country): Won her first collegiate meet, the Nova Southeastern Invitational 5K, in a time of 19:09.00...Finished 3rd at the Gator Invitational 5K in a time of 17:48.93, breaking the old school record by more than eight seconds...Placed 2nd at the FLRunners.com Invitational 5K in a time of 18:25.55, finishing behind only teammate Trisha Doyle...Finished 2nd at the Disney Cross Country Classic 5K (17:53.80)...Won the Stetston Invitational 5K in a time of 18.38...Posted an 8th place finish at the Sun Belt Championship 5K (18:20.33)...Ran a 22:23.7 at the NCAA Regional 6K, to finish 35th. (2007 Indoor Track) Won her first indoor event, the 3,000m at the Florida Intercollegiates (1/13), setting a school record by more than 10 seconds in the process...placed third in the mile at the UNC Invitational (1/27) in a time of 5:00.45...also finished sixth in the 800m (2:19.49) and ran a leg on the winning distance medley relay team at that meet...set the school indoor record at 3,000 meters for a second time in the season by running a 9:59.20, bettering her old mark by almost 14 seconds...won both the mile (5:07.02) and the 3000 meters (10.03.64) at the Sun Belt Indoors (2/24)...was named Freshman of the Year and Outstanding Women's Track Performer at that meet. (2007 Outdoor Track) Finished 3rd in the 1500m at the Hurricane Invitational (3/17) in 4:39.84...placed 2nd in the 3000m (10:14.85) at the same meet...set a school record in the 3000m steeplechase in a time of 11:12.47...placed 2nd in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in a NCAA Regional qualifying time of 10:49.93 at the Florida Relays...finished 2nd in the 5000 meters at the Auburn Invitational...finished 2nd in both the 3,000 meter steeplechase (10:59.56) and 1500 meters (4:37.84) in the Sun Belt Outdoors.
