The Florida Atlantic track team will head to the Hurricane Invitational, hosted by the University of Miami this weekend.

The Owls will be looking to continue their strong outdoor season, which began last weekend at the FAU/FIU Invitational in Miramar, where they took three event titles. FAU won two event titles at last season's Hurricane Invitational, with Barbara Fronrath winning the 3,000 meters and Taylor Reeves winning the 3,000 meter steeplechase.

Ashani Roberts and Charlene Luxama took the triple jump and 1,500 meter titles, respectively and Luxama teamed with Devin Robinson, Toyria Mattear and Patricia Gumbs to win the 4x400 meter relay title.

The Hurricane Invitational will be held in on March 19-20 on the campus of the University of Miami.
