BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University’s Athletic Department has released the swimming and diving schedule for the 2017-18 season, which will feature eight home meets and 12 out of 14 regular season competitions in the state of Florida.
“Our swimmers and divers are excited about the upcoming season,” said FAU Head Swimming and Diving Coach Lara Preacco. “They can’t wait to compete and are looking forward to racing against conference competitors, as well as ACC and SEC teams. We had some great performances last year, with an NCAA appearance on the women’s side; and with a bigger and stronger team this year, the excitement can be felt in our pool. So far, practices have gone really well, with everyone challenging each other every day. I am looking forward to the upcoming season, and some of the incredible performances we will have. Go Owls.”
