INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Senior swimmer Eszter Bucz competed in her final meet as a member of the Florida Atlantic University swim team at the 2013 NCAA Division I Women's Swimming and Diving Championship last weekend. The three-day championship took place in Indianapolis at the IU Natatorium and IUPUI Sports Complex.

Bucz competed and qualified for the NCAA championship at the 2013 Sun Belt Conference Championship where she earned two gold medals and received the Most Outstanding Swimmer of the Year Award. Bucz posted her NCAA qualifying times finishing the 200 IM in 1:58.48 and the 200 breast in 2:11.69.

Bucz competed in the 200 IM, which she currently holds the school record for, on Thursday morning finishing with a time of 2:01.71. She also holds FAU record in the 400 IM. On Saturday Bucz competed in the 200 breast which she finished with a time of 2:15.89 in the prelims.

The Budapest, Hungary native will graduate this spring with a degree in business. During her Owl career Bucz achieved FAU's Female Athlete of the Year, Sun Belt Conference 2013 Most Outstanding Swimmer of the Year award, and numerous Swimmer of the Week honors for both FAU and the Sun Belt Conference.
