Chris Vinci
	Class: Senior Hometown: Davie, FL High School: South Plantation HS Height / Weight: 6-0 / 159 Event: Fly/Breast Birthdate: 02/01/1986

Junior ('06-'07): Finished 14th in 100 breast at Sun Belt Championships with a season-best time of 1:00.82...also swam season-bests in 100 fly (53.18) and 200 IM (2:00.68) at SBC.

Sophomore ('05-'06): Swam his fastest times of the season in the 100 back (56.72), 100 fly (51.94) and 200 IM (1:58.87) at the conference championships.

Freshman ('04-'05): Advanced to the finals in three events at the conference championships with season-best times...finished in the top-10 in the 100 back (54.86) and posted times of 52.13 in the 100 fly and 1:58.68 in the 200 IM.

High School: Was the runner-up in the 100 fly at the state meet...two-time South Plantation H.S. Athlete-of-the-Year...Wendy's High School Heisman nominee.

Personal: Ocean engineering major...born Feb. 1, 1986, in Mt. Kisco, NY...son of Paul and Eileen Vinci...an FAU Presidential Scholarship recipient...hobbies include surfing and skim-boarding.
