Freshman diver Kiley Kuether received honorable mention on the Scholar All-America Team
The Owls had 204 student-athletes make the Honor Roll and 34 win the Commissioner's Academic Medal
This honor is bestowed on teams who achieved a 3.0 grade point average or higher for the fall 2014 semester
FAU records were broken in the women's 100 free, 200 fly, and 400 free relay and the men's 100 free
As a whole, the team set 23 lifetime bests during the third day of competition
Sophomore (2014-15): Earned sixth place in the 400 IM at the C-USA Championship exhibition meet and set lifetime bests in the 200 back (1:53.42), 400 IM prelims (4:08.11) and 500 free (4:40.36)…took seventh in the 100 back (54.05) at the 24th Annual Speedo Winter Championships…claimed fifth in the 200 free (1:51.65) against Marywood and Old Dominion.
Freshman (2013-14): Finished 10th in the 200 backstroke (1:54.79), 12th in the 100 backstroke (53.00) and 21st in the 500 freestyle (4:45.68) at the Conference USA Swimming and Diving Championship...named to the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll for having a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the year.
High School: Swam at Round Rock High School for head coach Tom Amendondo...named to All-Region team...AP scholar.
Personal: Chemistry major...son of Rick and Mindy Lewis...plans to become a research chemist.
