Sophomore ('06-'07): Anchored Sun Belt Championship 400 medley relay team that beat the field by more than five seconds (3:46.29)...lead leg of 2nd place 200 free relay at SBC (1:35.34) season-best 51.88 in 100 free highlighted three personal bests at SBC...also turned in times of 24.28 in 50 free and 1:52.03 in 200 free, finishing 6th and 2nd respectively...part of FAU sweep of top three spots in 200 free at SBC...won 50 free (24.64) and 100 free (52.67) at FAU Invite (12/16/06)...part of 2nd place 400 medley relay team at Minnesota Invite, helping post a time of 3:47.59 (11/18/06)...won 100 free in 52.95 vs. Villanova (10/10/06).

Freshman ('05-'06): One of three FAU swimmers to advance to the `A' Final of the 50 free after posting a season-best time of 24.12 in the prelims...earned a sixth place of four FAU swimmers to advance to the finals of the 100 free...earned a third-place finish with a time of 52.17...touched the wall in 1:54.21 in the 200 free at the SBC Championships to earn a 10th place finish...earned Sun Belt Swimmer of the Week on Jan. 11 after winning the 100 and 200 free at the FAU Winter Invite with times of 53.64 and 1:56.41, respectively.

High School: Swam for Beth Howard at Jupiter High School where she is the record holder in the 50 and 100 free and 200 and 400 free relay...was a state finalist all four years and was named All-County and All-Area...competed in the Junior Olympics from 1999 through 2004...a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society and History Honor Society...two-sport athlete: swimming and track...completed over 400 hours of community service and participated in an internship with Jupiter Medical Center.

Club Experience: Swam for coach K. Zarahiev and the Sea Dragons.

Personal: Biological sciences major who would like to become a pediatrician...born Dec. 3, 1986, in Jupiter, FL...daughter of Lee and Marie Murphy...hobbies include surfing, playing guitar, dance and macramé.
