Junior ('06-'07): Third leg of championship 200 medley relay team at Sun Belt Conference meet, breaking the school and conference record time for the second straight year (1:43.37)...also swam third leg on 200 free relay team at Sun Belt Championships, finishing 2nd to Western Kentucky by just 14 hundredths of a second (1:35.34) ...part of 3rd place 400 free relay team, contributing to a final time of 3:29.43...finished 4th in 100 fly at SBC with a 57.78, 7th in 100 free with a season-best 53.40...posted a team and personal season-best in 100 fly (57.46) at Florida (1/27/07).

Sophomore ('05-'06): Part of the 200 medley relay that broke the school, Sun Belt and Sun Belt Championship records with a time of 1:43.68... she placed seventh with a season-best time of 58.05 in the 100 of four FAU swimmers to advance to the finals of the 100 free...placed sixth with a time of 52.94...had four top-two finishes in the 50 free during the season.

Freshman (`04-'05): Part of the 200 free and 400 free relays that finished second at the conference championships in 1:36.26 and 3:30.98, respectively...advanced to the finals of the 50 free and 100 fly at the Sun Belt Championships where she swam season-bests of 24.73 and 59.61, respectively...also advanced to the finals of the 100 free and finished in 53.49...named Sun Belt Swimmer of the Week after winning the 50 and 100 free against Tampa and the University of Miami...she finished the events in 24.87 and 53.07, respectively...she also helped guide the team to wins in the 200 free and 200 medley the 200 free relay, the team posted a time of 1:38.24, while a time of 1:48.80 was posted in the 200 medley relay.

High School: Swam for Linda Cassidy at Gulf High School where she holds five individual records (50 free, 100 free, 100 fly, 100 back and 200 IM) and a member of every relay team that broke the school record...state champion in the 400 free relay her sophomore year...state runner-up in the 50 free her senior season and was an All-American...four-time All-Conference recipient...was a member of Team Delaware and the junior and senior national teams while swimming for Tampa Bay Aquatics...Bright Futures recipient

Personal: Graphic design major...born Nov. 30, 1986, in Fort Benning, GA...daughter of Joe and Tina Lampkin...hobbies include art, horseback riding, surfing and line dancing.
