As a Junior (’02-’03): Finished seventh in the 1650 free (18:00.20) eighth in the 500 free (5:09.04) and ninth in the 200 free (1:56.26) at the NIC Championships, all were season-bests.
Previous School: Swam for Chris Ip and Scott Kimmelman at Indian River Community College…was a 13 time NJCAA Champion and All-American and MVP…best times at IRCC were 52.5 in the 100-yard freestyle, 1:53.5 in the 200 free, 5:07.15 in the 500 free and 1:00.09 in the 100-yard backstroke…excelled in the classroom as was named to the Dean’s List.
High School: Coached by Jim McCombs at Martin County High School….captain of the team and three-time All-Conference member…three-sport athlete: swimming, track and volleyball.
Other: Holds a 3.6 GPA at FAU and was honored on the Dean’s List.
Personal: Nursing major…born May 9, 1981 in Mineola, NY…daughter of Linda and Frederick Eggermann.
