Sophomore (2016-17)

  • Broke his career-best time in seven events throughout the year including when he claimed sixth in the 500 free (4:32.87) and seventh in the 200 fly (1:51.23) at the CCSA Championships
  • Had 12 top-three finishes during the regular season including victories in the 500 free vs. NJIT/ Old Dominion (4:43.05) and Indian River (4:46.25)
  • Took second place in the 200 free (1:44.76) versus ODU and NJIT, third in the event (1:46.42) versus CCSA opponent Gardner-Webb and seventh (1:44.61) against Florida
  • Came in 10th in the 500 free (4:35.45) at George Mason’s Patriot Invitational
  • Received the Conference USA Commissioner’s Academic Medal for holding a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or better and was placed on the 2016-17 C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll
  • Named to the FAU All-Academic team and the Dean’s List for Fall 2016
