As a junior (?01-?02): Acted as the team captain and helped lead the team to a 3rd place finish at the NIC Championships. Swam her best time of the season in the 200 backstroke at the conference championship (2:10.86).

Sophomore Season ('00-'01): NIC conference finalist in the 200 backstroke. Presidential scholarship recipient.

Freshman Year (?99-?00): Presidential Scholarship recipient. Set personal records in the 100 meter backstroke (59.86) and the 200 IM (2:12.41).

High School: Swam for coach Neil Anderson at Rocky Mountain High School. 4-time All-Conference, 3-time All-State, and holder of 5 school records. Yearbook sports editor, student council treasurer, and National Honor Society Member. Named Northern Conference Swimmer of the Year.

Personal : A member of the Ft. Collins swim team. Named 1999 Swimmer of the Year and holder of 12 team records. Majoring in Biology while earning a minor in psychology. Born November 10, 1980 in Ft. Collins, CO. Daughter of Daniel and Joy Batley. Born in Fort Collins, CO.
