Patrick Walker joined Florida Atlantic University athletics as the Director of Marketing in April of 2013.

Walker came to FAU after six years as an athletic marketing professional at Brown University. Most recently, he served as Brown's Marketing and Promotions Manager. He oversaw and executed marketing strategies for Brown's 37 varsity sports, managed the online team store, and supervised the Brown cheerleaders, on air radio talent and public address announcers.
Walker joined Brown in August 2007 as the marketing and promotions intern. In recognition of his hard work and dedication to the department, he was promoted to marketing and promotions coordinator in 2009.
Prior to working at Brown, Walker spent two years as a graduate assistant at Middle Tennessee State University, where he developed and implemented marketing strategies for women's soccer and softball programs and assisted with the implementation of marketing and promotional plans for the football and basketball programs. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Walker earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Alabama in 2005 and earned his Master of Science degree in sport management at Middle Tennessee State University in 2007. He is a native of Vero Beach, Florida.
Walker is a member of the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) and participates on the Strategic Communications committee.
