Scott Collins was named Assistant Director of Ticket Operations in the spring of 2014. Collins join FAU in December of 2011 as a graduate assistant. He has contributed to the continued growth in ticket sales and revenue and has been instrumental on the operations side of the ticket office while ensuring all policies and procedures are compliant with NCAA regulations.
Collins has assisted in developing ticket packages and season pricing for athletic events and trains new and current staff members on customer service and ticketing procedures. He also is heavily involved with outside ticketed events.
Prior to FAU, Collins worked with the Tampa Bay Lightning, the USF Athletics Department, the Central Florida Sports Commission, and the Capitol One Bowl. He also began an initiative at East Ridge High School in Clermont called "Knight Day," which is now an annual fundraiser for their Varsity Football Team.
Collins earned a MBA in Sports Management from FAU's College of Business. He received a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management and Marketing from the University of South Florida.
