Anaclaudia Cervantes joined the Florida Atlantic University ticket office as a Sales Consultant in October, 2013. She was elevated to Senior Sales Consultant after just one year of work and assumed the title of Team Leader in October of 2015.
Prior to joining FAU, Anaclaudia worked as a Ticket Services Representative with the Indianapolis Indians, triple A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates. While with the Indians, she served as Group Services Coordinator, administrating group outings for sales and service representatives. She primarily focused on coordinating picnic outings, sending out contracts and processing deposits. The Indians broke organizational records in both group and picnic tickets sold during the 2013 season with Anaclaudia as a part of the ticket services staff.
Anaclaudia first gained ticket office experience working as a game day box office ticket seller for the Miami Marlins in 2012. She assisted with selling single game tickets and helped with packaging and mailing season ticket books.
Anaclaudia graduated from Florida State University in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management. She also received a Master's degree from University of Central Florida in 2011, majoring in Criminal Justice.
